Job Title: Jr. Hardware Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our growing technology company as a Jr. Hardware Consultant for a 5-month project. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to the IT/Engineering team by assisting with hardware and software-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of hardware components and software systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT/Engineering team to provide hardware and software support throughout the project duration.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware components.
- Help maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users
- Document and communicate technical procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input for hardware and software improvements.
- Assist in the development and execution of hardware and software testing plans.
- Support the IT/Engineering team in any other relevant tasks or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
