As the a Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Analytics, your primary objective will be to elevate the productivity of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team to new heights. You will leverage people, processes, and technology to enhance:

  • Connectivity: Enhancing communications, reporting, and systems integration.
  • Collaboration: Facilitating annual and project planning, project execution, and achievement of strategic objectives, including lead generation and booking targets.
  • Customer Experience: Utilizing technology, automation, and training to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers at every interaction point.
  • Insights: Harnessing Marketing Automation, CRM data, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Enablement: Providing the necessary content and training to empower our GTM team to excel in all aspects of our revenue processes.

Groups you will support:

As the Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Analytics, you will play a vital role in the Business Development organizations, serving as a trusted advisor to our Sales teams at various units within our organization.


  • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Provide comprehensive reporting for Marketing and Business Development, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of Marketing and Sales strategies.
  • Business Development Administration: Partner with Business Development leaders and executives to manage strategic go-to-market programs, overseeing budgets, and facilitating meetings to drive operational excellence.
  • Repeatable Operations to Accelerate Revenue (ROAR) Process Champion: Implement and manage business development processes, including lead management and forecasting, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Sales Tech Stack: Implement and leverage sales tools and resources to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating closely with IT.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop a robust sales enablement function by reviewing current revenue processes, training materials, and creating comprehensive training programs for various sales roles.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience in revenue operations and enablement.


  • Minimum of 5 years of general management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or similar roles.
  • Preferred experience in financial Services and/or M&A background.


  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and other analytical software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
  • Confidence in managing conversations with C-Suite stakeholders.


This is NOT a hybrid or remote role. Located in Austin, TX.
